As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Initially works within the Systems Team to complete field technician duties and backfill for other members of the Systems Team.
  • Focus on redeployment tasks related to hardware (factory resetting mobile devices, activating/deactivating SIMs, Intune reset of Windows devices).
  • System Administration duties including Webex, telephony reporting and access management tasks. 
  • User administration of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

What do you need for this role?

  • Support of Microsoft Defender for Endpoints
  • Support of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 Administration and its associated products
  •  Experience preferred within the healthcare industry (understanding of patient privacy)
  • Experience working within a corporate or enterprise environment
