Learn From the Team

Our Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program emphasises hands-on learning, with heaps of support from supervisors, team leaders and peers.

You’ll kick things off by shadowing your Induction Supervisor, getting to know the foundations of interdisciplinary practice. They’ll then supervise you during your first participant sessions. Your same-discipline Clinical Supervisor supports your learning, building your competency with tools, therapy cycle, case load management, and report writing.

As part of a tight-knit interdisciplinary team, you’ll have all the guidance you need from your Team Leader, with regular sessions from your Clinical Supervisor, and support from your hub admin, teammates and fellow grads.
