Salary:  $70,000 – $75,000 including annual leave loading and superannuation

As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will:

• Initially work as a field technician, focused on deployment of hardware including Windows 11 devices and Smartphones
• Perform Microsoft 365 Administration including onboarding, offboarding and access changes in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Webex telephony reporting.
• Work as a member of the Systems team providing backfill and coverage as part of a close-knit team.

What do you need for this role?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years of IT support experience
• Hold, or be progressing towards, relevant Microsoft certifications
• Experience preferred within the healthcare industry (understanding of patient privacy)
• Experience preferred working within a corporate or enterprise environment
