Terms and Conditions

Promoter 

Everyday Independence Pty Ltd ABN 66 601 657 596 (“Promoter”) of 58 Ord Street, West Perth WA 6005.

Competition Period 

The competition begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on 20 November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 3 December 2024.

Eligibility  

Entry is open to current customers of Everyday Independence who are legal residents of Australia and aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Everyday Independence and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, participants must complete the Developmental Educator survey provided by Everyday Independence. Only one entry per person will be accepted. 

Prize 

Five (5) winners will each receive a $50 e-gift card, redeemable at any retailer that accepts Mastercard or Visa cards in Australia. 

Prize Draw 

The prize draw will take place on 4 December 2024 at the Promoter’s office at Suite 102/ 16A Keilor Park Drive, Keilor East VIC 3033, using the online tool randomdraws.com.au to ensure a random selection. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and winners do not need to be present at the draw.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim 

Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw.  

Winners must acknowledge their win and confirm their email address by responding to the Promoter’s notification email by 12:00 PM AEDT on 9 December 2024.

If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. 

Prize Delivery 

The e-gift card prize will be delivered to each winner’s confirmed email address after acknowledgment of the win has been received. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Privacy 

The Promoter will handle participants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of this competition and as otherwise outlined in the Privacy Policy. 

It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter or its related bodies corporate using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media (including social media) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the competition (including any outcome), and promoting the Promoter’s business or otherwise for marketing purposes.

General Conditions 

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the competition at any time.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Mastercard or Visa.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.  An entry that is incomplete, indecipherable or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered.  

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

By entering this competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
