NDIS Functional Assessments

Designed to help you access the funding you need.

What are NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments?

NDIS functional capacity assessment helps measure your ability to perform daily tasks in the places you live, work and play. These assessments look at your well-being, independence, support needs, mobility, communication, self-management, learning and self-care as you carry out these tasks.

As a registered NDIS therapy provider, we provide a detailed functional capacity assessment that aligns with NDIS funding to enhance your goals and improve your quality of life. Conducted by experienced occupational therapists, the insights from this assessment may help you secure funding tailored to your specific needs.

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)

The Functional Capacity Assessment offers a complete evaluation of your abilities and needs across 35 key life tasks, including communication, mobility, self-care, social participation, and learning. This assessment is ideal for individuals who require less than six hours of daily support and are not planning to move to a different accommodation in the near future.
