Positive Change Push: Macarthur

Our social impact initiative, Positive Change Push, empowers our team members to extend their impact and fund activities that promote inclusivity in our communities.

Macarthur change makers took their Kickin’ Abilities Soccer Clinic indoors, welcoming kids aged 3-5 years old with disabilities to dive into the world of soccer. Setting the stage at Campbelltown Indoor Soccer Arena, they created a vibrant atmosphere brimming with fun and encouragement.

To ensure every moment was extra special for those participating, they provided soccer balls, sensory packs, and exciting rewards for all budding soccer stars.

From newcomers to seasoned players, every participant found a place in this inclusive clinic designed. The result? A strong sense of community and belonging felt by everyone.

Parents and caregivers were overjoyed by how accessible and enriching the experience was for their kids, as they watched them connect and thrive alongside peers.

Seeing the joy and sense of achievement on the children’s faces after they kicked a goal, snagged a tag, or completed the obstacle course reminds us why we do what we do.

Our Macarthur team’s dedication to fostering positive change in their community shines through initiatives like these.

Key worker Kerrianne shared insights on the impact of the experience.

We were so happy to support a demographic normally overlooked. It was rewarding to see some of our participants at the event who have goals to spend more time in the community as well.”
