With extensive experience in operations and clinical quality in the health and disability sector, Harley focuses on driving innovation and leading impactful projects. He began his journey at Everyday Independence as an occupational therapist and behaviour support practitioner, advancing to several leadership roles aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and clinical quality. Prior to his current appointment as General Manager of Service Delivery, Harley served as National Excellence Delivery Lead, and State Lead for VIC, SA, and TAS, where he led strategic operations and drove innovation in service provision.
Honoured with awards including the Early Career Clinician of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year for the City of Greater Bendigo, Harley is dedicated to person-centered practices that improve outcomes for individuals and communities, particularly in rural areas. Outside of work, he passionately supports North Melbourne and serves as a Board Director for Kyabram District Health Service, reflecting his commitment to community and collaboration.
Harley also continues to enjoy working alongside and achieving outcomes with participants in his clinical roles.
