Elyse Hower

Elyse is a dedicated and innovative leader with over 11 years’ experience at Everyday Independence. Originally joining the organisation as an occupational therapist, she has since progressed through a variety of clinical and executive leadership roles, including State Lead and Growth and Habit Coach Executive. In her current role as Generation Manager of Operations, Elyse leverages her extensive expertise in early childhood intervention, positive behavior support, functional assessments, and assistive technology to drive impactful change.

Elyse recognises the lack of therapy services for people living with disability across Australia and is passionate about growing Everyday Independence’s reach to enable greater access to life-changing supports.
